Introduction: name, age and hometown: What year did you start riding and how many for Blunt/Envy?

Hi my name is Jordan Chann. I am 22 years old from Auckland, New Zealand. I started riding scooters in 2013. I have been riding for Envy Scooters since 2023. 

What's your riding style? 

I started as a park rider but over the years have slowly transitioned to riding more street. I love grinding super long rails but still love riding spine, box and bowls.

What's your favourite Blunt/Envy product? 

My favourite Envy product would easily be the Tri Bearing 30mm wheels. These are the best wheels I’ve ridden as they are so fast and smooth. So good for riding street and bowl as you have heaps of stability and grip. 

Who are some of your biggest inspirations? 

Richard Zelinka has been a huge inspiration most of my scooter career. I love his riding style as he can do a little bit of everything. Whether it’s street, bowl, vert or park he kills it on everything. I also love his super cool clothing style and how he is working on his own projects rather than working for someone else.

Favourite skatepark or street spot? 

My favourite skatepark in New Zealand would have to be Victoria Park as I know it the best and love the bowl. My favourite street spot is the big 20 stair rail at the back of Aotea Square. 

Greatest achievement in Scootering? 

I have had many great achievements while scooter riding but the one I’m most proud of is coming 6th in the world for street riding in the men’s pro division 2022. This was so crazy as it was my first world competition and I was riding against people I looked up to for years such as Richard Zelinka.
