Shipping rates and policy
Flat rate shipping applies for all purchases as below:

Metalcore Distribution use Australia Post eParcel service for most deliveries.
Delivery times can vary during busy times. Please allow 2-6 days in Metro areas and 4-10 days in Perth and Regional areas; allow 2-4 weeks for international deliveries.
In the event of your absence during delivery, the Australia Post contractor will leave a calling card advising you of the attempted delivery. Once you are in receipt of this card, you will need to take it to the nominated post office listed on the card (generally the closest post office to the delivery address) for collection. When attending the post office, ID will be required for collection.
Some Large Bulky items may attract a delivery fee above and beyond our flat rate shipping charges. We will advise you in advance in these instances.

Tracking your parcel
With email and SMS tracking notifications you get peace of mind and the option to manage your delivery. You may choose to have the parcel left at a safe place, or change the delivery address.
We use the email address and mobile number you supplied at time of purchase and will automatically “opt-in” for notifications on your behalf.

If you receive the incorrect product, colour or size due to our mistake or goods are faulty or incomplete, please contact our customer service team to arrange a replacement product at our cost (email@example.com)
You may return most new, unopened, unused goods at your cost. A refund will be made less original shipping charges and any repackaging charges deemed necessary once goods are received by our customer service team.
Metalcore Distribution must be notified of any issues concerning deliveries within 7 days of delivery being made.

All item packaging, documentation (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable).
Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts, or in an unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return.
Any items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for all orders. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country
